Ice Bath alternative for thoughs who don't like the cold!
Ice baths are all the rage but if you can’t do them because of space, time or just because you hate the cold, here’s a tip to try help you get cold ready!
Drink ice cold water and dunk your face in ice cold water as long as you can. Take your face out when needed and repeat 5 times. Catch your breath between dunks.
