Tight Lower Back or Hips?
Lower back pain? Hip pain? Sitting a lot? If you haven’t heard of your Psoas (hip flexor) here’s a tip, stretch it and activate it because its got every chance of being short and lazy which then can cause a multitude of problems. Our bodies are capable of self regulating and self healing but sometimes we go on the wrong path. If you have pain in your back, you look at the back. If you have pain in the hip you look at the hip. Sometimes the thing at fault isn’t at the location of the pain!
